Who has never gone through the annoying situation of arriving at a place and one or more people wearing clothes identical to ours? At parties, shopping malls, bars, or even in small meetings, this is a fact that occurs routinely in our daily lives, generating at least embarrassing situations.
To help brands, there is the option of hiring a custom clothing manufacturer that will deliver your product in a short time, with great quality, fully following your pattern and model concepts.
These companies have the know-how to produce fully customized clothing for women, men and children. They work with all types of clothing designs, including t-shirts, long-sleeved shirts, dress shirts, hoodies, jeans, pants, dresses, skirts, and more. This vast collection of items that can be produced by these manufacturers means that a new brand can present a complete collection in a very short time.
The low minimum order quantity of just 100 pieces (per style/per color) gives new and existing companies the flexibility to try out their designs in small quantities, helping to increase the uniqueness of their pieces.
How does the production process of these brands work?
Step 1 – Contact
First, an initial contact with the manufacturer is necessary, where a brief overview of your project will be given. At this stage, all doubts can be cleared, including talking to a production manager.
Step 2 – Projects
Technical data sheets or product samples must be sent to the manufacturer. Once this is done, and based on your project information, the quote will be provided, so you know about the costs from the start.
Step 3 – Materials (Fabrics and Accessories)
Through photos sent by the manufacturer, the fabrics and clothing accessories for each order must be confirmed. Physical samples of fabrics and accessories can also be sent, so you can choose the right materials based on their appearance, but taking into account your project’s increased turnaround time.
Step 4 – Samples
For each model you want to order, the manufacturer will produce a production sample. Once the samples are ready (usually within two weeks), the photos will be sent first, then the physical samples, so you can check that all the details are correct.
Step 5 – Sample Production
After checking the samples sent and confirming the order, mass production will begin. It usually takes 30 days, but it may vary depending on the order volume. Your production manager will confirm the deadline with you before we start production.
Step 6
Delivery
delivering the products
Depending on the order quantity, we ship goods by sea freight (generally 4 weeks), by air freight or as express parcel (generally 4-5 days). For every order we ship, we provide the tracking number, so you know the delivery date.
